We do not accept returns of any kind including hygienic product, but we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. We allow orders cancellation within 24 hours after placing an order. This way we can do a full refund before we ship your order. If you need to return an item for any reason that is not enclosed in this section, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. All returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. We DO NOT accept any returns or exchange on any hygienique related product such as liquid/gel, powder etc…
Please note, you are responsible of the shipping cost. We do not offer cash refunds. Instead, all approved returns will be credited to your account as store credit, which you can use for future purchases.
